Honey is a well-established and safe natural product that is traditionally used to treat local and systemic bacterial, viral, and fungal infections. However, the pathogenic factors of honey that mediate its therapeutic effects have not been characterized in human clinical trials. To assess the clinical toxicity of honey and to evaluate the potential of honey as a novel therapeutic agent. Published literature on the chemistry, pharmacology, and clinical toxicity of honey and all natural products. Honey has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing activities that make it an attractive natural product for use as a local or systemic antiseptic. Although honey has many in vitro properties that may contribute to its therapeutic effects in vivo, clinical studies have not revealed any significant toxicity in humans. Carefully controlled, randomized clinical trials are needed to determine the efficacy of honey as a therapeutic agent. In addition to its documented efficacy, honey has several therapeutic advantages over existing products that make it a viable candidate for clinical trials. All over the world there are communities with different cultures, languages, religions and lifestyles. In this section we celebrate the diversity of the work in science and make them accessible to all.

1\. In general the manuscript would benefit from being more easily accessible, perhaps with more background information or short bios for each of the authors and key personnel. The structure of the paper is often quite difficult to follow, and a few sentences of background description for each section would be helpful. The scientific content is quite interesting, but it would be improved by providing some more background on the importance of studies conducted in areas such as these. The geographic information provided may be insufficient to understand the scope of the studies conducted, and a reference to the history of the region may be helpful to others. I suggest that additional sentences of background information and cross-references to the primary literature should be added to the Introduction and each of the major sections.
The introduction is a descriptive section about the location and context of the study. The key areas are put in context and should allow the reader to understand the rationale of why these questions are 0b46394aab
